[FR] add a turbo/autofire modifier

Not sure if it is doable, but for me it would be nice to have a turbo/autofire button modifier.

~~Is there any chance we could get the .cxi version ?~~ As per the latest luma3ds builds, using the sysmodules folder is required and thus we can't use the given code.bin and header.bin in the titles folder (it doesn't work anymore)

Edit : nvm the latest update from the GitHub now works properly
