@Gyscos all of that can fall into `dev-dependencies` bucket. I see no reason for giving ability to set dependency only for benchmarks or something.

In general support for `scp` comes from netrw. If I could suggest something then try sshfs instead of `scp` or some kind of filewatcher with `rsync` instead, should work better...

Such behaviour would be insecure when using with unsantized input as atoms aren't GC-able.
