Do you have any peripherals connected on any of the UARTs (RX, GPS, VTX, ...) that are powered while you are trying to get into DFU mode? If so, disconnect...

Debugging on Windows 10.0.19043 `clicks` is undefined (function serial_backend.js line 43). So this explains it's failing. Not sure why it still works here on my hardware and no more issues...
