Hm, I wonder if libfido2 supports the NFC devices of Android phones (or NFC at all).
This is still relevant.
Additional note: The joining player was in another system where the host wasn't before. Three previous auto-saves also didn't work.
It seems like the player returning to the host planet "fixing" the error was unrelated.

Not really - for me and others it only happens after a while. I can't really reproduce it just by others spamming some pictures.

Maybe this is also a duplicate of #2504 / #4638 and can be resolved with upstream issue https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-83622 ?
