Since https://github.com/kiwix/kiwix-desktop/issues/1000 has been resolved this now blocks the libkiwix v14 release on Arch Linux.

It's possible to provide multiple library versions (f.e. [ffmpeg](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/ffmpeg/) and [ffmpeg4.4](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/ffmpeg4.4/)). It's just a higher maintenance effort and more clutter for users.
