Discord -> IRC :: URLs are corrupted and metadata (unknowingly) spammed

When sending a url from discord to irc, (specifically youtube urls) underscores are removed and additional metadata is presented.

Any steps to reproduce the behavior?

On the discord side of the bridge paste
