If the device has a communication key or password then how to pass the password to connect with device ? can anyone help me please

I got an empty table in the result my device is connected and the ip ping is working but this library doesn't work for me can any one help me...

Only getUser() is working other functions not working :

My device is connected successfully but only i can get users information other functions like (getAttendance , getSizeUser , getSizeAttendance()) etc not working can someone know what to do ?...
