Unbound returns SERVFAIL when query is responded with 0.0.0.0

Unbound returns SERVFAIL when upstream responds query with 0.0.0.0. How can i make it so it returns 0.0.0.0? (Only does this with domains that have dnssec on)

Feature Request: Add an option to fallback to session-info in config when server is not reachable in standalone.
