The problem is actually with caffe and GPU. You can partly solve the issue by removing lines from 4 to 10 and copy these lines(4 to 10) into startup.m. Run...
Unfortunately, I do not have the log anywhere, whatever we have, it is reported in the paper(Arxiv version). We did do some experiments with pvt-v2, which was worse than swin.
