**Describe the bug** virtualenvwrapper-win does not work properly with pyenv; the command `workon` does not activate the virtualenv. I found that removing `setlocal` in [this line](https://github.com/pyenv-win/pyenv-win/blob/master/pyenv-win/bin/pyenv.bat#L2) and from `example-virtualenv\workon.bat` helped....

Is that intentional or just a blunder? Tests should just be available to developers and run by the pipeline, I see no reason to distribute them to users. Other projects...

The examples don't run, the pull requests fixing problems don't get accepted. Last update to the main branch was 3 years ago. Sad.
