Lets remove Caching from storage as we really don't need it. We can keep the caching details around custom processor.

@arunmahadevan this requires considerable changes on the UI and backend side. So moving out of this release. We also need to re-think projection processor UI. cc @satishd

@hlivian would like to make this change post GA. we tested it multiple ways before and I like the current approach.

@pgibert I think the streamline-dev.yaml has authorizer config here https://github.com/hortonworks/streamline/blob/master/conf/streamline-dev.yaml#L28. Can you delete the lines 28-31 and try again.
