Mui config theme issue

When using the mui config the builder doesn’t completely inherit the theme. Even after adding it to the config.

I'm trying to understand why this specific package increased my layer by 72mb and if there's a way to prevent that from happening? https://github.com/TWAICE/node-kinesis-producer Any help would be greatly appreciated
