I was trying to integrate with Aura.Input and seems we are missing the multidimensional support. So I don't think we can do a release on this very soon.

The original PR was from @jakejohns https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.Filter/pull/131 . I spend quite sometime to make this happen. There are some glitches. But I am not sure how we can overcome that....

Anyone else interested in contributing can comment on this PR. I am happy to hear criticims. So no issues for raising the bar.

Why do we want to skip a field if it is blank. There will be no harm if you want to run the sanitize on blank value.
