Hi, Reported this error when using deplete_blastn_paired. > BLAST Database error: No alias or index file found for nucleotide database [xxxx.fasta] in search path Does anyone know why? Thanks!

Can dna-nn identify repeats that are not in the training data?

Can dan-nn find satellite repeats rather than the satellites used to train it? E.g., we train dna-nn to identify (ATTCC)n, and then let dna-nn to find (GTTCC)n (a little different)...
