the script still write general logging to error email

It seems this is already [fixed](https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-2011) in mongodump, but not updated in script. Please check.

What I've done is to follow the README's sample, but it stuck on ubuntu. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
