Same here. I got this error by using the x86_64 cross toolchain downloaded from [arm developer](https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/arm-gnu-toolchain-downloads). The version of gcc is: aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc (Arm GNU Toolchain 14.2.Rel1 (Build arm-14.52)) 14.2.1 20241119...
