We develop based off of 1.2 which has an updated info.dat, ideally we should support retail data - however not the case right now.

Just some notes on the horizon, seems to only be drawn properly if WaterTiling is not 0, in which case "DrawSimpleWater" is used which is effectively how we're drawing it...
