Lively won't open on startup

So, I installed Lively a few weeks ago via the MS Store. it started normally on startup, but then a few days ago, it won't run on startup at all,...

Unable to change start menu Recommendation section options.

After rectified my Windows 11 Dev Insiders, I cannot change the Recommendation section on the Start menu, I won't go down or move up.
