Which "Build Tools" under Windows are really needed?

I have tried to install simpleaudio but it always required some build tools. I don't know which exactly were needed, so I followed this stackoverflow answer: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64261546/python-cant-install-packages/64262038#64262038

It worked, but it installed several GB Visual Studio foo. What dependencies are really needed?

Can we please get rid of these dependencies please? Ran into the same issue when installing a command line package on a client computer.
