Allow stateful to RUN command and pass state TO command

Meant to solve issue 10.

I have no experience on JS, so please give it a good dev review. Seemed simple enough though, and works.

Hi laserscout! Sorry for the late answer. Thank you for helping out with the development of the plugin. I will test it out on my machine aswell and review the commit before we merge it.

When I try the stateful configuration out the plugin always start in "on" state. Im an never able to execute the command because I walays end up in "State was already on/off". Have you experienced the same issue?
