Got same issue with my River 3, removed it from ecoflow smartphone app then reconfigured from HA to add my new Delta 2 Max, now worked, added back the River...

I have the same issue, just re installed as use a Delta Pro 3 to be sure, same thing, no data refreshing (as the smartplug also)
