Anonymous repositories are hidden to authenticated users unless they are a contributor

This is somehow still an issue for us on 6.3.0. A repo configured with anonymous access, without any contributors or teams, is visible but cannot be browsed by authenticated users....

FWIW, work has begun here: wowgroup/empire@63a4c0a4. Rather than `-routing.disable`, there's `-scheduler=ECS` (default: `=ECS_LoadBalanced`). Other scheduler implementations could fit in here, of course. I haven't really found anything within Empire that...

`ffprobe` supports pulling media info from Blu-Ray titles: https://ffmpeg.org/ffprobe-all.html#bluray, e.g. `ffprobe bluray:/path/to/image.iso` for ISO backups and `ffprobe bluray:/path/to/folder` for folder backups.
