`field.types` now needs to be a named vector so it's more clear how the types align with the fields.

Closing since there seems to be relatively few requests for this feature and we have limited development time.

I _think_ this is probably out of scope for odbc since we're relying on the driver to give us correct types. It's probably worth double checking that https://github.com/r-dbi/odbc/blob/main/src/odbc_result.cpp#L600-L683 is doing...
