After selecting a colorscheme from the list, nvim print an error "Could not open file for read"

Never mind, i've figured it out. Just add require("settings.theme") to init.lua and then it works.

`rye sync --update-all` should imply `UV_NO_CACHE=true`

Just tried out "rye sync -f --update-all" and it works for me (without the "UV_NO_CACHE=true" prefix). All packages have been forced to update to latest.
