I think that kops can detect additions and changes of fields, and `changes` includes them, but deletions are not included. Perhaps, we need to create a new parameter like `changes`...
Which server are you using? Is the behavior the same regardless of which server?
Hmm, I confirmed it, but it happens on WebUI too. It is the server-side behavior, so I can't specify this behavior on client-side.
