Feature Request: Middleware (GCS)

@discentem if you use this: [terraform-munki-repo](https://github.com/grahamgilbert/terraform-munki-repo) It sets up a configuration in AWS with an S3 bucket that works with basic authentication. I’ve already successfully tested it with Gorilla.

Review and standardize error handling

Partially addressed in #38 that @YourCrush and I worked on today. Will continue adding `defer` and `recover` logic where I locate mention of `gorillalog.Error()`, assuming that the program will `panic`...

Build a tool equivalent to `makecatalogs`

Maybe makecatalogs isn't necessary, but I did create a quick script which behaves like munkiimport to help with importing packages. It needs a little fine-tuning and error-handling, but it works...

Feature to add own set of docs

I second this suggestion.
