The SilverLining NodeKit does not have any support for shadow maps.
I believe this was a defect that was fixed in 3.2. Can you please try it and let us know?

Sorry, don't know the answer. Do you get the same warnings when you run `osgearth_viewer annotation.earth` ?

We don't actively maintain osgEarth for GLES but if you want to submit a PR we will be happy to take a look.
Getting OE to work with GLES is probably no small task, you are right. The last time it worked, it definitely required GLES2. It would likely be easier to support...
