ssd1306 might need to send SET_IREF_SELECT(0xad) <-- 0x30 during init_display.

Finally found a reference to `SET_IREF_SELECT` and it isn't supported by the Solomon ssd1306. This section is apprarantly supported by the ssd1316 which is a different slightly smaller monochrome display....
