I had the same issue. The "Timeline" only occasionally saves the changes. Why hasn't this bug been fixed yet? @DonJayamanne

Hi, have you downloaded the checkpoints? I mistakenly removed all my checkpoints, and tried to redownload these checkpoints. But I found that the urls were not accessible.
