官方demo的自定义水位图,动画效果失效。https://l7.antv.vision/zh/examples/point/chart#custom 自定义图层的定时刷新，不能触发地图重绘。

npm run start:pre这句命令的作用是什么？可以不用吗？每次都要先运行这句代码吗
