I am having the same issue. Also using `to_notebook_iframe()` instead of `to_widgets()` seems to work, however the output is not as nice (you don't get all those well organized tabs)

:+1: I also needed to add this [feature](https://github.com/guillermo-carrasco/readfq/commit/6461041ffbde0e321d28339f576f70fbb00a36e2). Any plans on merging this? If you want to keep the same interface for non-CASAVA reads, it shouldn't be difficult to work...
