Been trying to use the example on this page https://ncollide.org/collision_detection_pipeline/#example_1 to set up a collision world, but both the example code seems to be broken and the code linked to...

for #296 Maybe new_empty() should be removed so there aren't two functions doing the same thing? But that would be a breaking change.
