Recently ran the protocol validator, I see this too. 

Name is a required property so probably want to do something here where we fall back to the last segment of the URI if there isn't a PrettyName interface

Redfish is replacing the Thermal and Power schemas with the ThermalSubsystem, PowerSubsystem, Fan, PowerSupply, etc scheams. See: https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/Redfish_Release_2020.4_Overview.pdf
