If "outputFormat" is "number" (the default), it seems to deselect immediately after the first keypress. If you add the "outputFormat" attribute and give it the value, "string", it works better....
I, too, have been unable to make "page-break-inside: avoid" work if any of the contained elements are "float" elements. However, it does throw a nice little exception about an "undefined...
