OS X 10.14.04 After installing PFM manually I get "Creating a PFM monitor failed. Please reinstall Pismo File Mount"

It seems there is some incompatibility between EncFS 0.99.1 and PFM version 192. To resolve this issue I installed EncFS 0.99.1 and PFM 190 (from EncFS-0.11.1) This workaround works fine...
