So I was able to get this fixed by cd'ing into my venv\scripts folder, activating and then pip install tensorflow-cpu. Prior to this, I had done what was recommended here...

To anyone who comes to this at a later date.... Start all the way from the beginning, change python to py -3.10 in the install commands seen in the Readme.md....

I also have this issue. I think the only work around for this right now is to select none, switch to a different checkpoint and then back.
