The screensaver timeout can be configured directly on your device: Settings / Security / Auto lock. It should be ok to set auto-lock to 3 or 5 minutes.

I agree that we should rename the feature in the Monero application. Any suggestions?

That's right. Unfortunately it's not possible to fix the issue quickly. It will involve some development on the Monero client side and `v0.16.0.1` was just released.
