Variable DRONE_RPC_SERVER not present

Probably if you see the documentation, the config-variable `DRONE_RPC_SERVER` no longer exists. You might look into changing that to `DRONE_RPC_HOST` as mentioned in the documentation [here](https://docker-runner.docs.drone.io/installation/reference/)
