please release something ... not getting 1.12 and having to look through issues (even knowning where to find issues) is frustrating

... or at least make the help text for v1 say `install with --HEAD if you want v1.12+`

here again because I had to ``` brew uninstall goenv brew install --HEAD goenv ``` to get a new go version :( ... can we please have a release/make standard...

@dmlittle can this please get released or at least the readme updated to use `--HEAD`, just came back to this again because a fresh install refused to install 1.13

samson has `periodic deploys` which might help `PERIODICAL=...,periodical_deploy:86400,...` but it does them all at once idk what these errors are or where they come from ... sounds like git problems...

It schedules at the same time for all deploys, I'd think it would run midnight UTC I think it would be easy to add a kind of offset so it...
