FYI when using the cache deletion trick and getting `Error: Resource not accessible by integration` you have to enable `Read and write permissions` under repo settings under Actions -> General...

updated it as requested ... not a big fan of each having their own rate limit, but should be fine

I'm not blocked for now, I was researching alternatives for our current net-http-persistent setup and this looked promising, I just could not get ssl to work :)
