F-Droid 3.1 version cannot be installed

Same problem on a Pixel 7 device: upgrade to 3.1.1 from a previously installed (for some time) 3.1 fails with no apparent error messge. I did not attempt any uninstalls...

Huh. After seeing [vicnett's comment](https://github.com/helloworld1/FreeOTPPlus/issues/262#issuecomment-1965503198), I've just tried again and this time the upgrade 3.1 -> 3.1.1 worked just fine, no problem! I didn't do anything special, either...🤷 > Same...
