Partially solved by f79cc62a608367533a2c15ce624d4b3f48de0c46, we still python to gracefully handle a missing server and retry the connection after a while.

I've added what you suggested @moi90 . There is now a `sample_uuid`, `acq_uuid`, `process_uuid` that are added everytime a new process is run
