Seems like a WPF issue, but I’ll try to investigate further. I assume there are no similar issues with other WPF-based apps? Maybe it’s related to bitmap caching for controls…
Please, attach logs from “%LOCALAPPDATA%\AcTools Content Manager\Logs” (just copy-paste this path to Windows Explorer, it’ll know what it means).
