Include "special" artifacts in the recent artifact changes. Lights, amulets and rings should not be found over and over again either.

Scrolls being read at the bottom of the dungeon not used up

Reported by a didyyy and Greyshoe. Intermittent. Greyshoe noticed it was when read off the floor.

Add the ability to load a 2d image and convert it to either a plane of voxels or a 3d voxel volume using 3d projection.
