You can now build with `./scripts/docker-build.sh` and then `./scripts/docker-run.sh make go rust`. `./scripts/docker-run.sh make c++` runs but doesn't seem to be generating anything.

There's some code for this in the extension now. It wasn't quite working so it is commented out.

One can now click on the quoted text to open the comment in the edit view where it can be replied to.

I think going to the edit view is fine for the desktop. We may want so support this on mobile though.

We may need functionality from #70 to ensure that comments are up to date before replying.
