Can't create a PVC using the "Dynamic Provisioning" example on EKS using IRSA in a private VPC.

Hello, Same here, with both aws-efs-csi-driver v1.3.5 or v1.4.0. I have IRSA and a STS regional endpoint. Curiously it was working fine until last week.

Mistake in docs - build_arg does not work, but build_args does

This is very confusing. The documentation could be fixed easily.
