Interesting finding though.. Ollydbg has internal mechanics to load dll - it's using part of itself named loaddll.exe I"ve double checked - there are no any refs in Ollydbg to...

1) how did yo make sure you app is .net and not a regular native one? 2) what do you see in dnSpy, attach your file if possible ...

Themida/WinLic does not like some monitoring/debugging tool, eg procmon if you ran it before using the tool - you might be caught by this fact just reboot and try again
