ERROR - Original entry point wasn't reached before timeout, but...

I read many issues about this question before. But my application looks don't need a license file to run. I can run it without a license in any machine. Although this, it shows "WinLicense A debugger has been found running in your system......" still when I try to debug it. How can i do for it?

Themida/WinLic does not like some monitoring/debugging tool, eg procmon if you ran it before using the tool - you might be caught by this fact just reboot and try again
