having same issue here too, i downloaded the repo tested it and also same result. "You are not authorized to use filemanager". did you @SandeepBanerjee managed to get it work...

cannot install voyager using composer require

I guess because as the doc says https://voyager-docs.devdojo.com/getting-started/prerequisites it's only compatible with Laravel 8 Laravel 9
