FIXED: I had to click _enable_ on the filesync menu

+1, the wildcard prefix fixed my excludes list.

+1, watching. I wasn't able to get `#note/todo` to pull up any results. I had to revert to `#note` in order for this plugin to work.

+1 here, as I am seeing the hierarchal issue for bookmarked files in the same directory.
